ICANN Hands-on Workshop: DNS security and DNSSEC
CERT.LV, NIC.LV and ICANN (https://www.icann.org/ ) invite you to a free one-day intensive workshop on DNS security and DNSSEC.

CERT.LV and NIC.LV, in cooperation with ICANN, is organizing a practical webinar focused on Domain Name System (DNS) risks and the DNS Security Extension (DNSSEC).
During the training participants will learn:
- how to implement DNSSEC,
- how to sign zones and manage cryptographic keys,
- how to establish and verify a chain of trust,
- how to use validation and troubleshooting tools.
The seminar will combine theory with hands-on experience, including:
- DNS/DNSSEC debugging,
- zone creation and configuration (primary and secondary zones),
- manual and automatic zone signing,
- chain of trust establishment and verification,
- DNSSEC validation with recursive resolvers.

Participant requirements: basic knowledge of DNS and networking is required; Linux/UNIX experience is recommended. Please bring a laptop with WiFi access. Training will be held in English.
